Dr. Gupta is a board-certified family physician who opened the first direct primary care (DPC) practice in her county in 2018. She enjoys spreading awareness about DPC, particularly through social media.  She is an active member of the Direct Primary Care Alliance and a member of their Resident and Medical Student Committee. She has spoken at the DPC Summit hosted by the AAFP and at several medical schools and residency programs.
