Dr. Gupta is a board-certified family physician who opened the first direct primary care (DPC) practice in her DuPage County in 2018. She enjoys spreading awareness about DPC, particularly through social media. She is co-chair of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians Direct Primary Care Member Interest Group and an active member of the Direct Primary Care Alliance. She has spoken at the DPC Summit hosted by the AAFP and at several medical schools and residency programs.
